We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
Front Desk Executive
to be the face of our hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel systems
Manage reservations and room assignments
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle guest requests promptly
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
Requirements:
Previous experience in front desk or customer service role (hospitality experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Positive attitude and a team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
