We are looking for a polished and organized Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and provide administrative support, ensuring that every visitor's first impression of our factory is professional and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
The Front Office Executive will serve as the face of the company and the backbone of daily office operations:
Guest Relations: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly; manage the check-in process and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
Communication Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls, filter inquiries, and manage the general company email. Coordinate outgoing and incoming couriers/shipments.
Office Administration: Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and presentable. Manage office supplies, stationary inventory, and basic vendor coordination.
Assistance to Management: Provide administrative support to leadership and design teams, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain basic records, visitor logs, and assist with simple invoicing or filing tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Gender Preference: Women candidates preferred.
Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) in any stream from a recognized board.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role (experience in a manufacturing or export house environment is a plus).
Professional Presence: A well-groomed appearance and a polite, helpful attitude.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and strong communication skills.
