1-2 Years of experience in hotel

Roles & Responsibilities
Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests wherever possible.
Assist in pre-registration and room blocking for reservations.
Adhere to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash handling policies.
Understand room status, types, locations, rates, and property services.
Present options to guests and assist them in decision-making.
Use suggestive selling techniques to promote rooms and other services.
Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping, including checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day-use rooms.
Maintain guest room key storage and supervise safe deposit box access.
Perform cashier functions, post charges to guest accounts, manage paid outs, and currency exchange.
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with housekeeping.
Follow all safety and emergency procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
