Perform administrative duties like scheduling appointments, organizing files, and managing office supplies.

Office upkeep:

Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized, and maintain office equipment.

Mail handling:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Data management:

Update logs, maintain records, and create documents and spreadsheets.
