Job Description

Key Responsibilities.



Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
Manage patient registration, OPD/IPD entries, and appointment scheduling.
Verify patient documents, ID proofs, and insurance details.
Guide patients to relevant departments and service areas.
Generate OPD/IPD bills and process payments (cash, card, online).
Maintain daily cash collection reports and submit to accounts.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to enquiries.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth workflow.
Assist in admission and discharge processes.
Address patient queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital software.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Keep the front desk area clean, organised, and presentable.
Manage waiting area and ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle visitor passes and access protocols.
