Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a professional attitude.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and queries; route them to the concerned departments.
Maintain front desk cleanliness, visitor logs, and office supplies.
Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.
Assist the HR/Admin team with basic administrative tasks.
Provide accurate information regarding projects, company details, or direct clients to the right personnel.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Real Estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
