Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, and provide appropriate information Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency Manage and maintain office supplies inventory Handle basic clerical duties like data entry, filing, and scanning Coordinate with different departments for administrative support Maintain records of visitors and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures Provide support for HR and Admin teams as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and behavior Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream Experience in a similar role: 1-3 years preferred

Working Hours:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
