Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services
Build strong relationships with HRs and Hiring Managers
Pitch solutions: Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, RPO.
Manage client onboarding, agreements, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment field as client acquisition (2 years)
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn,jobportals, and cold outreach
