Greet all patients and visitors, handle their inquiries professionally, and direct them to the appropriate department, consultant, or area.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage the scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of doctor appointments. Send reminders to patients.
Communication Handling:
Operate the switchboard, manage all incoming and outgoing calls, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
Administrative Support:
Assist with patient
registration
, admission, discharge, and basic
data entry
and
billing
processes.
Coordination:
Maintain a clean and organized front office area, manage patient flow, and coordinate with clinical staff and other departments.
Required Qualifications
A
Graduate
degree in any field.
1-2 years
of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive, preferably in a
healthcare
environment.
Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal skills
(verbal and written).
Proficiency in basic computer applications ($text{MS Office}$) and familiarity with $text{Hospital Management Software}$ ($text{HMS}$) is a plus.
