The Front Office Executive (Female Receptionist) will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. She will provide courteous assistance, handle guest inquiries, and maintain a professional image of the hotel at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's PMS system.
Handle all guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and payments.
Answer phone calls and emails, and assist with general inquiries.
Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable front desk area.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
Ensure compliance with grooming standards and hotel policies.

Requirements:
Female candidate with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality preferred).
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., IDS, Opera).
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
