We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused
Front Office Executive
to manage our front desk operations. The role involves handling client interactions, phone calls, and administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and redirect to concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Handle courier, correspondence, and other front-desk activities.
Provide administrative support to HR/Management as required.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the reception area.
Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining office supplies.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹9,283.27 - ₹26,709.63 per month
