Role Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and doctors at our centres. This role requires a blend of hospitality, communication, and organizational skills to ensure every guest feels cared for while supporting smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Greet patients, visitors, and doctors with a warm, professional approach.
Handle Patient check-ins, registrations, and appointment confirmations.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Handle Doctor Check-ins, Check-out, payment settlement
Ensure Doctor's pre-requisites are fulfilled before Doctor's arrival
Timely update to Doctor, patient and team
Inventory Management
Patient Support
Guide patients through appointment schedules, waiting areas, and payments.
Address basic queries, ensuring clarity and comfort.
Collect patient feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Administrative Support
Maintain daily appointment logs and doctor schedules.
Assist with billing, payment processing, and daily closure reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations for centre upkeep.
Coordinate for AMC, Handy men
Ideal Candidate Profile
5 years of experience in front desk / reception / customer care
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi (verbal & written).
Pleasant personality, patient-friendly attitude, and a service-driven mindset.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling software, or CRM tools).
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Excellent soft skills
Customer delight, and patient experience
