Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and institute policies.
Maintain records of student walk-ins, inquiries, and admissions.
Manage front desk operations.
Coordinate with academic and administrative staff.
Assist in student admission process and documentation.
Manage correspondence, emails, and courier dispatches.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language preferred)
Ability to multitask and handle student/parent queries patiently.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Pleasing personality with a student-friendly approach.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Prior experience in front office/administration in an educational setup will be an added advantage.
