Responsibilities



Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere. Handling the EPABX and responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls , and redirect calls to appropriate offices. Organize and maintain files and records, update when necessary. Vendor Management. Create and maintain updated phone directory, documents and spreadsheets. Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.) Handling general administrative work.

Necessary Qualification & Skills set



Good Communication in English.

Pleasing Personality

Experience - 2 to 3 Years



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
