Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Manage front desk operations including phone calls, enquiries, and walk-ins. Maintain patient records, files, and documentation accurately. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff for smooth operations. Handle billing support, cash receipts, and basic billing coordination. Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and packages. Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the reception area. Address patient queries and complaints politely and escalate when required. Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Graduate

Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office Executive (Clinic/Hospital experience preferred). Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, clinic software). Presentable appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
