Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the visitor logbook.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier services, and official letters.
Relay important messages accurately and promptly to the concerned departments or individuals.
Manage visitor access and ensure all guests are directed to the appropriate department.
Maintain and update records of office supplies, visitor entries, and daily activities.
Ensure timely restocking of stationery and front desk materials.
Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
Use basic office software (MS Office, email clients, spreadsheets) efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
