Key and responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing them to relevant staff. Telecalling Accounts,GST filing. Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings. Maintain and update office records and databases. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Handle general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
