Job Description

Greet and welcome guests or clients in a professional manner. Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Handle inquiries and provide basic information. Maintain an organized phone log Address queries or concerns from customers or clients effectively. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Monitor entry and exit of staff, guests, and vendors. Support HR or administrative departments when required.
QUALIFICATION

Preferred:

Any Graduation

Entry-level:

0-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
