Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle patient registration, billing coordination, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain front office records and ensure timely data entry.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently.
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and billing staff for smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback or complaints politely.
Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing or hospital software).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
