Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support HR and Admin teams with front-desk-related activities.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication and task flow.
Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently, maintaining a positive company image.
