Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication between patients and the medical team, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment at our center.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally. Manage appointments, schedules, and patient records. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient follow-ups. Coordinate with the medical team for seamless operations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Process billing and basic administrative tasks. Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in a healthcare facility is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
