Front Office Executive
to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience while managing front desk operations with professionalism.
Key Requirements:
Graduate or Masters in Hospital Administration (preferred).
Prior experience in front office, customer service, or hospital reception is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Friendly, professional, and patient-centric approach.
Local Candidates Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a polite and professional manner.
Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and scheduling over the phone and in person.
Maintain patient records, registration, and billing coordination with the accounts team.
Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and patient flow.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments for smooth service delivery.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide information about hospital services, treatments, and facilities.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
