Job Description

Role Overview



The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, and vendors. The role involves handling patient queries, managing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while upholding the hospital's service standards.

Key Responsibilities



Client Interaction & Customer Service



Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' schedules, and procedures. Guide patients and attendants to the appropriate departments. Handle patient complaints or queries promptly and escalate to higher authorities if required.

Appointment & Registration Management



Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Register new patients and update existing patient details in the hospital system. Maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with doctors and nurses to manage patient flow efficiently.

Front Desk Operations



Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment. Manage visitor entries and ensure adherence to hospital policies. Handle courier, mail, and external communication.

Billing & Records Management



Coordinate with billing staff for cash, card, or insurance-related transactions. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information. Support in generating daily/weekly/monthly reports related to front desk operations.

Coordination & Administration



Assist in handling emergencies by directing patients to the right medical team. Support in hospital events, awareness programs, and health camps when required. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.

Skills & Competencies Required



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office / hospital management software. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Minimum 1 year experience required and good enthusiastic freshers also welcome
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
