Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Manage room reservations and update booking systems
Coordinate with housekeeping for room availability and status
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing
Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
Ensure lobby and front desk area are clean and presentable
Follow hotel SOPs and maintain confidentiality of guest information
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English and local language)
Pleasing personality and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (PMS, MS Office)
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in shifts
