Receiving phone calls, transferring the calls and keeping record of incoming and outgoing calls.
You will be responsible for managing the front office that would include handling phone calls, capturing data live on the software, making quick and accurate assessment of the case, generating tickets and assigning them to team concerned.
To ensure that all phone calls both incoming and outgoing are monitored and entered.
Receiving visitors, ascertaining the purpose and taking appropriate actions.
Maintaining the registers and to ensure it is timely updated.
Handling enquiries efficiently and converting it into possible services
Keeping a record of phone calls made by patients .
To have an effective control of all the keys of rooms, cupboards, drawers, gates, lift, generator and panel board, etc at the centre.
Keeping the keys under the custody of the front office and managing them. Handing over and returning of keys should be promptly recorded with time and signatures.
Doing rounds to ensure safety at the gates.
Controlling the operation of lift as per guidelines.
Maintaining electronic and telecom equipment for the office and coordinating with the personnel from the company if there is breakdown of the equipment.
Attend staff meeting facilitated by CRM / Centre In-charge to review the type of calls received, challenges in handling front office and give your suggestions for improvement.
Report for duty as per approved duty roster and abide by the rules of the organization.
To keep the reception area clean and tidy.
