Job Description

A Hospital Front Office Executive is the welcoming first point of contact, responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling registrations, scheduling, calls, and basic billing, while ensuring a calm, organized environment and coordinating with medical staff for smooth patient flow, requiring excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. They ensure confidentiality, process payments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks to support efficient hospital operations. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:

Greet patients/visitors, answer phones, manage inquiries, and direct them to appropriate staff or departments.

Scheduling & Registration:

Book, confirm, and manage appointments, register patients, and collect demographic/insurance info.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain patient records, handle data entry, file documents, manage office supplies, and sort mail.

Billing & Payments:

Assist with billing, process payments, verify insurance, and coordinate with the billing department.

Coordination:

Liaise with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service.

Environment:

Keep the reception area neat, tidy, and welcoming, minimizing patient stress.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
