Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers /visitors in a friendly and professional manner and provide assistance and direction to customers as needed.
Manage the telephone system by answering, screening, and accordingly transfer the calls to the concerned departments.
Maintain an up-to-date list of internal telephone numbers to ensure that incoming calls are directed to the right extension.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favourable first impression is given to any visitors.
Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
Maintain emergency contact numbers of every staff.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Scheduling Appointments.
Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
Communicate effectively with both customers and internal staff.
Relay important information to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Maintain office attendance registrar.
Maintain office supplies.
Work with housekeeping team to ensure office is clean.
Work with office boy to ensure everything (chairs, tables, books, food, paraphernalia) is placed orderly.
Good written and oral Communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
