We're seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Executive to manage our hospital's front desk, ensuring smooth operations, handling administrative tasks, and presenting a professional image to patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and Greeting: Welcome patients, answer queries, and provide directions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, reschedule as needed, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Patient Registration: Collect patient information, update records, and verify insurance documents.
- Billing and Payments: Process payments, generate invoices, and handle cash/card transactions.
- Telephone Handling: Answer calls, provide information, and transfer calls to relevant departments.
- Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, coordinate with departments, and manage office supplies.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospital management software, MS Office, and billing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
