Responsibilities of a Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Visitor Management
Welcoming and guiding visitors and clients
Managing visitor records and directing guests appropriately
2.
Call Handling
Answering incoming calls professionally
Taking messages and responding to basic inquiries
3.
Reception Area Management
Ensuring the front desk and lobby area are clean and well-organized
Managing display materials and brochures
4.
Meeting and Conference Coordination
Preparing and arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings
Coordinating refreshments and technical requirements when necessary
5.
Administrative Support
Supporting general administrative tasks and documentation
6.
Internal Communication
Relaying messages between departments
Distributing internal notices and announcements
7.
Access and Security Coordination
Coordinating with security for guest and visitor access
8.
Hospitality Management
Offering refreshments to visitors and clients
Coordinating pantry services for meetings and events
9.
Attendance Maintenance
Recording employee attendance (manual and digital)
Submitting attendance reports to HR or concerned departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any field.
1-3 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
