Front Office Executive
to manage our reception area, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage reception desk operations including visitor records, access control, and couriers.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain inventory of front office supplies and ensure proper stock management.
Provide admin support to HR/Operations teams.
Ensure reception and office area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle basic administrative support for different departments as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive / Customer Service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
