Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Operations
Support daily administrative and operational activities of the showroom
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the showroom as per company guidelines
Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
Inventory & Housekeeping Management
Monitor and manage stationery and housekeeping inventory
Ensure demo lifts, samples, and display units are well maintained and functional
Showroom Presentation
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall visual appeal of the showroom
Ensure displays and samples meet brand and merchandising standards
Customer Service Support
Assist internal sales teams by coordinating walk-ins and handling basic customer queries
Ensure a welcoming, professional, and courteous front-desk experience
Escalate and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, inventory, and maintenance activities
Prepare and submit regular operational and maintenance reports
Maintenance & Facilities
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep
Handle basic troubleshooting of showroom equipment and fixtures
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Conduct routine safety checks and immediately report any hazards
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
Experience
0-2 years of experience
Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and grooming skills
Experience in retail, hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage
Key Skills
Strong verbal communication skills (English and regional language)
Customer service-oriented mindset
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
