Job Description

Welcome and assist guests:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer questions, and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.

Manage check-in/check-out:

Handle the entire process, including guest registration, room assignment, and processing payments.

Handle reservations:

Manage reservations received via phone and online, including taking bookings and making changes.

Resolve complaints:

Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Manage the front desk:

Ensure the reception area is tidy and has all necessary supplies.

Handle communication:

Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle mail and packages.

Maintain records:

Keep guest records, room availability, and payment information updated.

Coordinate with other departments:

Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.

Manage payments and billing:

Calculate bills, collect payments, and balance the cash drawer
.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
