Role Overview The Front Office Executive oversees daily front office activities, ensures service quality, and supports the front office team in delivering consistent guest experiences.
Responsibilities o Manage daily front office operations and guest handling o Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and reservation processes o Address guest concerns and ensure timely resolution o Train and guide Front Office Associates o Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams o Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction scores o Prepare daily reports and maintain shift handovers o Ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed
Qualifications o 1-2 years of front office experience in hospitality o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Hands-on experience with PMS and billing systems o Ability to handle pressure and multitask o Leadership mindset with attention to detail Requirements: o Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality o Some experience in hotel operations o Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills
