Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Front Office professional to manage our reception area, provide administrative support, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional greeting to visitors, clients, and customers.

- Manage Reception Area: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

- Answer Phone Calls and Emails: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

- Manage Schedules and Appointments: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
