2-5 years (preferably in schools / hospitality / customer service)
Qualification:
Graduate (any discipline), proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school reception and attend to visitors, parents, and vendors.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain visitor records, attendance registers, and front office documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and information flow.
Manage courier, correspondence, and school circulars.
Support administrative work including filing, record keeping, and scheduling.
Ensure the reception area is well maintained and welcoming.
