Job Description

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests warmly and efficiently, provide assistance with check-in and check-out, handle inquiries and complaints.

Reservation Management:

Manage online, phone, and in-person reservations, making and confirming bookings.

Administrative Tasks:

Answer phone calls, manage emails, maintain records, and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Guest Service:

Address guest needs, provide information about hotel amenities, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Payment Processing:

Collect payments, verify credit card data, and manage cash transactions.

Liaison with Other Departments:

Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
