Primary Responsibilities1. Reception and Greeting: Welcome visitors, students, and parents, and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
Telephone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information, attendance, and other relevant data.
Administrative Tasks Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments with school Principal, administrators, teachers, and other staff members.
Preparing Documents: Prepare and distribute documents, such as reports, letters, and memos..
Parent Communication: Respond to parent inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns.
Student Support: Assist students with queries, provide guidance, and refer them to relevant school resources.
Other Responsibilities1. Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information, such as student records and personnel matters.
Performing Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
