We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized professional to handle front-office operations as well as telecalling. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and play a key role in supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception duties and greet clients and visitors professionally
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
Conduct telecalling for follow-ups and inquiries.
Maintain and update students and lead databases
Coordinate with the admin and operations team
Handle basic administrative and office support tasks
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Pleasant personality with professional etiquette
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in reception, telecalling, or customer handling is an advantage
Female candidates preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
