Front Office Executive
to manage guest interactions and ensure a warm, seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
Manage front desk operations and maintain guest records
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle billing, payments, and cash/credit transactions
Maintain front office reports, logs, and shift handovers
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Uphold brand standards and create a positive first impression of the property
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front office operations (hotel/resort background preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in PMS software and basic computer applications
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance and pleasant personality
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
