To greet the person approaching them for assistance
To issue the GP Form to the patient / relative and submit it to respective department for which the required documents are requested and following up with the respective department for receiving the documents within the given time frame to the patient / relative
Identify the complaints, investigate and inform to the concern department
To take the demographic and other related details from the patient's or their relatives and ask them to fill the registration form and then enter it into the software
To guide the incoming patients to the respective doctors OPD
To be aware of the Scope of Services that the hospital offers
To guide the patients with the information of the services that are not covered in our scope of services
To be updated about the patient admitted details
To be aware about vulnerable patient policy
To help the patient / relative getting admitted or discharged from the hospital to their luggage and cart
To book the ambulance through the software for the patients
To mention all the documents and filing of the department
