Job Description

To greet the person approaching them for assistance To issue the GP Form to the patient / relative and submit it to respective department for which the required documents are requested and following up with the respective department for receiving the documents within the given time frame to the patient / relative Identify the complaints, investigate and inform to the concern department To take the demographic and other related details from the patient's or their relatives and ask them to fill the registration form and then enter it into the software To guide the incoming patients to the respective doctors OPD To be aware of the Scope of Services that the hospital offers To guide the patients with the information of the services that are not covered in our scope of services To be updated about the patient admitted details To be aware about vulnerable patient policy To help the patient / relative getting admitted or discharged from the hospital to their luggage and cart To book the ambulance through the software for the patients To mention all the documents and filing of the department

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
