Job Description

The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments

Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support

Handle basic documentation, filing, and data entry

Manage office supplies and raise purchase requests when required

Assist HR and administration with routine tasks when needed

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred

Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
