Key Responsibilities



Manage

front office operations

in an appropriate manner. Handle

incoming and outgoing calls

Maintain

visitor logs

, issue entry passes, and ensure compliance with office security protocols. Coordinate cleanliness, stationery, basic arrangements. Receive, record, and distribute

couriers, parcels, and official documents

. Support basic

administrative tasks

Assist HR and Admin teams with

employee coordination

Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and order at the reception and common areas.

Skills & Competencies



Clear communication skills (verbal and written) Professional appearance and workplace etiquette Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling) Strong coordination and time-management skills Prefer Male Candidate

Qualification & Experience



Graduate

1-3 years

of experience in a receptionist or front-office role preferred Exposure to corporate or office environments is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
