Maintain daily attendance, visitor logs, and enquiry records
Assist students with basic information and coordinate with counsellors
Manage front desk cleanliness, administrative files, and documentation
Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and appointment scheduling
Coordinate between departments for smooth operations
Support office tasks like printing, filing, and data entry
Ensure a friendly and professional front office environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in front office, reception, telecalling, or customer service
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Email
Presentable, polite, and approachable personality
Ability to multitask and handle visitor flow efficiently
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply
