We are looking for a Front Office Executive who will be the first point of contact for guests at Hotel Ajanta. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, provide information to guests, and assist with reservations.
Responsibilities
:
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Answer phone calls and address guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle reservations and ensure accurate bookings.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is always organized and welcoming.
Manage guest complaints and provide solutions promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing payments, filing documents, and maintaining records.
Requirements
:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
