Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, service hours, and general dealership inquiries.
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments for sales or service departments as needed.
Coordinate with sales teams to support customer flow.
Maintain records of visitor logs and handle basic administrative duties.
Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and internal documents.
Handle customer complaints or queries and redirect to the appropriate department.
