Job Summary:



The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a positive impression and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Reception and Guest Management:

Greet visitors, clients, and guests, and ensure their needs are met.

2. Phone and Email Management:

Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to queries, and redirect calls as necessary.

3. Data Management:

Maintain accurate records and databases, including visitor logs and meeting schedules.

4. Attendance Management:



- Maintain attendance registers for staff and visitors.

- Upload attendance data into the ERP system accurately and timely.

1. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software and ERP systems.

- Friendly and approachable demeanor.

3. Experience: Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role preferred.

1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

2. Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

3. Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in data management, attendance records, and administrative tasks.
