We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible

Office Executive

to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to our real estate team. The candidate should be efficient, well-spoken, and comfortable handling clients and office documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle front office operations and greet clients professionally Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries Maintain property records, client data, agreements, and files Coordinate with sales team, site staff, and management Prepare documents such as letters, reports, and presentations Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning Assist in basic accounting tasks and record keeping Support marketing activities like handling online listings and inquiries
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (any stream preferred) Proven experience as an Office Executive or similar role (Real Estate experience is a plus) Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Punjabi preferred) Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Good organizational and time-management skills Pleasant personality and professional attitude
