Role Summary



The Front Office Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while ensuring seamless front-desk operations. The role also requires foundational knowledge of Human Resource Management, providing administrative support to HR, handling documentation, and maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities



Front Office Management



Manage reception desk operations, greet visitors, and ensure a professional guest experience. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route to appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room coordination. Oversee courier handling, inward-outward registers, and daily office utilities.

Administrative & HR Support



Assist HR team with documentation, onboarding support, and basic HR coordination tasks. Maintain employee records, forms, and office files with accuracy and confidentiality. Support HR with event coordination, interviews scheduling, and internal communication.

Office Operations



Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and readiness of reception and meeting spaces. Monitor stationery, office supplies, and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. Assist in drafting letters, emails, notices, and maintaining basic MIS.

Qualifications & Skills Required



Female candidates only. BBA / MBA (HR preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a pleasant personality. Good understanding of basic HR processes and documentation. Proficiency in computers: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email handling, basic office systems. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Professional conduct, proactive attitude, and high sense of responsibility.

Experience



0-2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, HR support, or Admin roles. Freshers with BBA/MBA and strong communication skills may also apply.
