We are looking for a well-presented and experienced Front Office Executive.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage stress.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently
Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations via phone, email, or front desk software
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Maintain front desk security and ensure guest records are up to date
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
