Job Description

Reception & Patient Handling

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous manner. Manage patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling. Guide patients regarding services, procedures, and facilities.

Customer Service

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information. Manage patient complaints and escalate to seniors if required. Ensure patient satisfaction with prompt and professional service.

Billing & Documentation

Handle billing, cash collections, and payment receipts. Maintain accurate records of patients and transactions. Ensure error-free data entry in hospital/diagnostic software.

Coordination

Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and other departments for seamless service delivery. Support management in smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach with patience and empathy. Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/diagnostic software (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration or Healthcare-related).

1-3 years of experience

in front office/customer service, preferably in healthcare/diagnostic centers/hospitals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
